FBS provides a full suite of billing services through our online enrollment system. With this single-source platform, FBS creates a streamlined billing process to help improve payroll efficiencies, as well as reduce HR/Payroll costs. Monthly Billing
FBS delivers a monthly billing report through our secure FTP site containing all enrolled employer and employee premiums. FBS will also reconcile client monthly payroll to identify premium discrepancies to ensure that all payroll amounts are accurate and fully balanced.
Common Remitter
The FBS billing team will remit all payments to insurance carriers. Your dedicated billing coordinator will identify payment discrepancies and contact necessary partners to assist in resolving any payment and/or policy issues.
